Application Process: Follow employer instructions and respond professionally to communications.

Multiple Applications: You may apply to multiple positions but should not spam employers.

Employers

Job Postings: Ensure all job listings are legitimate, accurate, and comply with employment laws.

Candidate Treatment: Treat all applicants fairly and professionally, regardless of background.

Data Usage: Use candidate information only for legitimate hiring purposes.

Intellectual Property

HireMe and its content are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us a license to use it for platform operations.

Limitation of Liability

HireMe provides the platform "as is" and cannot guarantee specific employment outcomes. We are not liable for interactions between users or employment decisions made by employers.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings.
